A corrected template for certain Consumer Water Heaters (“Consumer Water Heaters Subject to 10-01-2019 Enforcement Policy, v5.1”) has been posted on the CCMS website.  The corrected template allows for the entry for Maximum Standby Loss in percentage, if applicable, to be any value greater than 0 and less than or equal to 100.  This new template should be used effective immediately, however, any submissions made on the previous version of this template do not have to be resubmitted until the May 1, 2020 annual certification date.

This template is ONLY for use to certify that a consumer water heater is being distributed under the Enforcement Policy effective 10/1/2019.  Models that meet the applicable DOE energy conservation standards may not be reported on this template and must be reported on the current version of the Consumer Water Heaters template (currently version 5.3).
