Revised Commercial Gas- and Oil-Fired Storage Water Heaters, v5.0 and Commercial Instantaneous Water Heaters and Hot Water Supply Boilers, v5.0 templates have been posted on the CCMS web site.  These templates must be used for all certifications for residential-duty commercial water heaters, effective immediately.  For other commercial water heaters, this template must be used no later than November 6, 2017.  Use this template for the initial certification of any new basic model distributed in commerce after the posting date of this v5.0 template.   

The Certification tab on these version 5 templates is different from those in version 4 templates.  Instructions for completing the Certification page and the rest of the template can be found here.
