A new template for certain Room Air Conditioners (“Room Air Conditioners Subject to 12-23-2010 Enforcement Policy, v5.3”) has been posted on the CCMS website. This template is ONLY for use to certify that a room air conditioner is being distributed under the Enforcement Policy effective 12/23/2010. Models not subject to the enforcement policy may not be reported on the new template and must be reported on the current version of the Room Air Conditioner template (currently version 5.2).
