A revised Commercial Clothes Washers, v5.0 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template must be used to certify all basic models distributed in commerce January 1, 2018 and later.  Basic models certified on previous versions must be recertified on this v5.0 template if the model will continue to be distributed in commerce in 2018.

The Certification tab on this version 5 template is different from those in version 4 templates.  Instructions for completing the Certification page and the rest of the template can be found here.
