A revised Ceiling Fans, v5.8 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template now includes a column to enter the Sample Size (Number of Units Tested).  This template must be used beginning February 17, 2023, but may be used effective immediately. 

This v5.8 template replaces the v5.7 template.  Submissions made on v5.6 or v5.7 do not need to be resubmitted until the next annual certification date of March 1, 2023.  The current v5.5 template reflects reporting requirements in effect prior to February 17, 2023 and may continue to be used prior to that date.  Submissions made on v5.5 prior to that date do not need to be resubmitted on the new v5.8 template until the next annual certification date of March 1, 2023.
