A revised Commercial Package Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, v5.3 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template must be used to certify compliance with the energy conservation standards for Integrated Energy Efficiency Ratio (IEER) that are effective January 1, 2018.  This template must also be used for air-cooled commercial package air conditioner and heat pump certification reports submitted beginning January 1, 2018. If the model is not subject to January 1, 2018 IEER standards or a manufacturer has previously certified an IEER that shows compliance with the January 1, 2018 IEER standards, it is not necessary to resubmit the model until the July 1, 2018 annual certification date as long as the rating remains valid.

For all other types of commercial package air conditioners and heat pumps, this template must be used for all certifications submitted on or after January 1, 2018.
